1. 交付する：deliver
   ・by hand「手渡しにより」等と組み合わせる。
   

   (1) All notices or demands to be given or made under this Agreement shall be (and shall be sufficient if) delivered by hand or sent or transmitted by mail, postage prepaid (if to any foreign country, by airmail) or facsimile (however, promptly confirmed by mail), to the addresses or facsimile numbers of each Partner as specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto (or any other address or facsimile number changed by a Partner from time to time and notified by it to the General Partner in accordance with the manner under this paragraph). A notice or demand under this paragraph shall be deemed to have reached [__] days from the day of dispatch, if sent by mail, or at the time of transmission, if sent by facsimile.
   本契約に基づく全ての通知又は請求は、手渡しにより交付するか、郵便料金前払の郵便（海外の 場合は航空便）若しくはファクシミリ（但し、ファクシミリの場合は直ちに郵便料金前払の郵便 で確認することを条件とする。）により、本契約添付別紙 1 記載の各組合員の住所若しくは ファックス番号（又は組合員が随時変更し、その旨を本項に定める方法に従い無限責任組合員に 通知したその他の住所若しくはファックス番号）に宛てて発送するものとし、かつそれをもって 足りるものとする。本項に規定する郵便による通知又は請求は発送の日から［ ］日後に、また ファクシミリによる通知又は請求は発送の時に到達したものとみなされる。出典：「投資事業有限責任組合モデル契約」

2. 通知する：notify
   ・X shall notity Y in writing.「XはYに書面で通知する。」は頻出表現。
   ・promptly「直ちに」、without delay「遅滞なく」等と組み合わせる。
   

   Article 42. Notice of Change in the status of a Partner
   In the case of any change of the status as a Partner as prescribed in this Chapter, any Limited Partner shall promptly notify the General Partner of such change in writing.

   有限責任組合員は、自己に関し本章に規定する組合員の地位の変動があった場合、速やかに無限責任組合員にかかる変動を書面で通知するものとする。
